What You'll Need:
2 cups oats, rolled oats are preferred
1 scoop of neutral-flavoured protein powder (I used whey)
1/2 cup (ish) chocolate chips
Optional: I put 2 pieces of brookside's chocolate-covered pomegranate seeds, .
Set your oven to 180C/350F.
While Oven is preheating, place bananas in a medium-sized bowl and mash with a fork until a smooth paste has formed
Stir in oats, protein powder, and chocolate chips until evenly combined
Scoop out balls of "dough" that you will form into evenly sized cookies
Place cookies on greased baking sheet (Pro Tip: you can line the baking sheet with tin foil/parchment paper to improve the lifespan of your equipment)
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned, but still soft
Enjoy Warm, or stow away for future indulgences 😅
